Causeway, Wednesday Night

Romeo had dallied in Fandom as long as he could. This was the last time he could possibly leave the island to catch a portal to Verona that would get him in and reasonably awake for the breakfast meeting his father had considerately scheduled for the next morning.

He sighed as he approached the causeway, wondering what he thought he was doing. At least he should be back soon enough.
