The priest smiled, having felt rather sidelined by the sake ceremony. He took the rings easily from Balthasar and muttered a short blessing over them. "You may now exchange the rings."
Romeo took Yurika's in one shaking hand and went to slide it over her wedding finger. "Yurika, take this ring as a sign of my love and fidelity. I am forever yours."
It wasn't exactly what he was meant to say, but it was what he felt.
